Select type of Complex Carbohydrates

When under stress, select the type of carbohydrate foods because these nutrients act as a sedative to remove the substance called serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter in the brain that calm. Complex carbohydrates such as potatoes, wheat bread, corn on the cob, or boiled sweet potatoes take longer to digest than the donuts, wafers, pastries, cakes, so make us more hungry bear. This will prevent rapid blood sugar down because too much consumption of sugar. Consumption of sugar makes the anxiety worse in the long run.
